The patient has the right to be treated respectfully at all times, by all members of the Gulf Eye Center staff.

Each patient has the right to expect an expedient & thorough response to his or her questions or concerns.

The patient deserves to be educated about clinical procedures, technological advancements and treatment methods.

The patient has the right for their account to be treated fairly and is entitled to be informed completely regarding services and costs.

The patient deserves the ability to place trust in us, that their insurance will be handled efficiently, where applicable.

The patient is also entitled to help from the staff should they have any difficulty understanding the insurance process.

The patient has the right to expect quality service in each area of the office, and only quality products ordered from our office.

The patient has the right to expect the doctors and staff to rectify any disappointment they have experienced in any of our services or products.
